Joe is a non-famous restaurateur of over a decade, who acts like he’s a famous restaurateur of over two. He worked his way up from the dirt, like the dirt boy he is- working every position in the front and back of the house. 

His love for mixology and craft cocktails grew, and  eventually, Joe was able to open LoLo American Kitchen in Stillwater, Minnesota.

He promptly abandoned it to degenerates (like me) and opened 3 additional restaurants in the St. Croix Valley. 

He tragically passed away in 2020, but is somehow still walking around and starting new companies. He just refuses to lay down and die. It’s honestly kind of annoying.

Evan is a guy I literally just met, but he seems really nice.

He’s the scientific brains behind the operation, taking care of everything on the distilling side of things. He refuses to accept my friend-requests, so I know that he has 822 friends and appears to have a girlfriend/spouse. They may have broken up though, and his profile picture is a sad tribute to a love-lost.

Like I said, nice guy though!
